Rachel is working as a research assistant under supervisor Dr. Martin Guhn to support the Toddler Development Instrument (TDI) research at HELP. She graduated from UBC with a BSc in Integrated Sciences, studying human health through both an immunological and a social determinants lens. Under Dr. Martin Guhn, Rachel completed a Directed Studies examining how cultural continuity can contribute to child development and community well-being using theoretical frameworks. Outside of UBC, Rachel works as a behavioural interventionist supporting individuals with behavioural and developmental challenges, as well as a youth soccer coach in her community.
