Tonje M. Molyneux, M.Ed., M.A. is an experienced educator and program developer. Her teaching background includes teaching preschool and elementary school in Canada and the US, and English as a foreign language to all ages in Japan. For over a decade, she worked as a developer of social and emotional learning (SEL), bullying prevention, and child protection curricula with Committee for Children, creators of the Second Step SEL program. Tonje has presented at dozens of national and international conferences, and published numerous journal articles, white papers, and blogs. Supervised by HELP faculty member, Dr. Eva Oberle, Tonje is currently pursuing doctoral studies in Human Development, Learning, and Culture in the Educational and Counselling Psychology, and Special Education Department at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, BC, Canada.
