As the Early Years Lead with the Knowledge-to-Action team, Kate supports the TDI, CHEQ and EDI projects, working to provide resources and support to HELP’s partners interested in early years data and research. She is a Registered Social Worker and worked in the non-profit sector for many years, most recently supporting families with young children in Vancouver. In 2016, she completed her MSW from the UBC with a focus on child and youth mental health and family support. Kate’s passion linking child and family research to policy and community development brought her to HELP in 2019.
