Natalie is the Project Coordinator for HELP’s Implementation team, supporting the CHEQ, EDI, and MDI research projects. Prior to joining the HELP team, Natalie worked at a grassroots agency in East Vancouver, managing community program teams and leading frontline services for children and families. With experience in both community and philanthropy, Natalie is committed to the ongoing work of justice and undoing structural inequities.

Natalie has a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Boston University, and certificates in early childhood education and end-of-life doula work. She is a white settler originally from Florida, a self-proclaimed contemporary dancer, a citrus lover, and a committed cold water dipper. Outside of work they are most likely with their cat Stevie, and/or daydreaming about swimming with manatees.
