Parenting for the 21st Century: Building the Neural Circuits for Resilience and Kindness

The Dalai Lama Center for Peace and Education is hosting Dr. Daniel Siegel, neuropsychiatrist and award-winning author, for a lively evening presentation as he provides strategies that promote the growth of neural circuits in children’s brains to support well-being, kindness and resilience. The evening is designed for parents, grandparents and other adults who work with children and families.
