Dr. Lori G. Irwin is an Adjunct Professor at the Human Early Learning Partnership in the School for Population and Public Health and the Lead Researcher on the Childhood Experiences Questionnaire (CHeq) Research Pilot.

Lori has a PhD in Nursing (UBC) and a Post Doctoral Fellowship in Early Child Development, Learning and Population Health (UBC). Her current research builds on her background in pediatric health and wellness and her work with the EDI Research Project at HELP. Using a social determinants of health framework, her research interests include investigating the various child, family and community factors that influence children’s long-term health outcomes.
