Cath Ennis joined HELP in 2017 to develop integrated knowledge translation strategies and activities for a number of social epigenetics and biological embedding research projects being conducted by HELP in collaboration with the Kobor Lab and the BC Children’s Hospital Research Institute. After completing her doctoral and postdoctoral research in genetics, Cath worked at the BC Cancer Agency for ten years as a grant writer and project manager specialising in epigenomics and trainee funding applications. Cath is the author of “Introducing Epigenetics: A Graphic Guide” (Icon Books, 2017) and has written about epigenetics, cancer, and other topics for The Guardian. She is also a member of the Communications Working Group of the International Human Epigenome Consortium
